What personal data we collect and why we collect it

The only personal identification data that I collect from users of my site is that information which is voluntarily submitted. This may be the act of filling in a form be it a contact form, a feedback form or the like. The information collected as appropriate will be at least name, email and phone number. Visiting the site anonymously i.e. browsing the site will not involve the collection of PI data.
